Stacey Benson, USCG Military Spouse of the Year Branch Winner for 2015, has been a milspouse for 13 years serving as an Army spouse turned Coastie spouse (same husband, different career). She has been through 7 major deployments, countless schools and training missions and 4 PCS moves – all the while managing to stay on the east coast.
She is a full-time wife, a mom to a 11 year old son, and a Graphic Designer/Event Photographer for Semper Fi Fund | America’s Fund. She has a passion for helping others, especially military spouses, and wants to use The Coastie Voice to help as many spouses as she can.

Jennifer Mullen, AFI USCG Military Spouse of the Year Branch Winner for 2016 has been a milspouse for 8 years (with her husband for 10 years). She has seen both on land units and at sea units (cutters) with 3 PCS moves – living from Seattle, Boston, New York and Rhode Island. She is a full-time wife and mom of two kiddos (6 and 2) and IT Project Manager. All trying to navigate the civilian and military worlds for the most balanced, positive and fulfilling life for her and her family.
She has a passion helping everyone around her – and getting the most out of life. She hopes to positively impact her fellow military spouses on a daily basis.
